Read the instructions carefully. We will not consider incomplete applications.
Complete the fillable form and scan any relevant documentation and email it back to us at [email protected]. Alternately you may mail it to: Clayworx c/o Program Coordinator, 664 Dundas Street, London, ON, N5W 2Y8. Please make sure we can read it.
Give us at least 2 weeks notice to have sufficient time to process your application and set up the details of your workshop or class (date, time, project, # of people).
