Kiln Use We regret that we cannot fire pottery that has been made outside of classes at Clayworx. Pottery made in a pottery class at Clayworx must be fired within the scheduled period of that class.
Cancellations due to Inclement Weather The decision to cancel a class as a result of poor travelling conditions is one that is not taken lightly. Weather can be variable across London and outlying communities we serve. Occasionally, we will cancel due to inclement weather. To find out if Clayworx will be closed, check our website main page.
Closure decisions are made by the Program Coordinator, in consultation with the Class Instructor and Executive Director. If there is no weather message on the homepage 2 hrs before your class start time, then the class is not cancelled. Information about weather, visibility, road conditions and travel safety (roads, sidewalks) is provided by police and government sources.
