March Wheel Boot Camps

Take your throwing to the next level!

For newer throwers through to intermediate level, this class is designed with the goal of improving the quality, consistency and/or complexity of your work.  Please note, some experience is required; this is not an introductory course - you must have taken at least one other wheel course.
Your instructor will help you work through any throwing obstacles you may be encountering and get you throwing taller, bigger, and with more consistency!  Want to work on making better fitting lids or on how to properly throw plates - we can work through that too, as well as much more!  Bring your list of questions and concerns - each 3-day session is customized to that group of students desired outcomes.
This intensive is all about practice, practice, practice.  You won't be subject to "precious pot" sentiments as it is an all-throwing, keep-nothing class - no work will be fired or kept.
Class includes unlimited reclaimed clay and the use of basic tools.  Please feel free to bring your favourite, most used tools.  As well, please bring a small towel and wear an apron and/or wear clothes that can get dirty.
Classes are 3 hours each, three consecutive days (Tues, Wed, Thurs) for 1 week:
March 17th - 19th in the evenings (6-9pm) or March 24th - 26th in the afternoons (1-4pm).
