FULL access STUDIO-USER

This is the best choice for someone who needs a creative outlet every day and for whom time is a precious commodity.
Devote all your time at Clayworx to making your work in our beautiful open studio.
Other than cleaning up after yourself when you’re done for the day, all the myriad tasks associated with running our studios, maintaining equipment, and keeping supplies stocked are taken care of by staff, Creative & Supportive Studio-Users, and a devoted team of volunteers. That’s great value!


FULL ACCESS STUDIO-USER (Price: $860 + HST in 3 equal payments Sept., Jan., May or $830 + HST lump sum)
  • Reasonable annual fee for access to a fully-equipped, beautiful ceramic studio in an air-conditioned environment
  • Community of creative peers to learn from and socialize with
  • 5 kilns – 1 large front loader, 1 large top-loading oval, 3 large top-loading rounds
  • Specialized ceramic equipment (i.e. potter’s wheels, banding wheels, extruder, slab roller, plaster slabs)
  • Specialized ceramic materials & glaze mixing room
  • Kiln loading/firing/unloading
  • Ready-mixed glazes and slips
  • Access to technical education classes 
  • Free WIFI
  • Onsite tools/materials storage cubby ($40 annual fee)
  • Personal key fob for convenient access at Clayworx ($20 deposit fee)
  • Accessible and secure facility
  • Facility and equipment cleaning and maintenance
  • Access to kitchen and small appliances (fridge, microwave, kettle, coffee maker)
  • NO service hours required
